2. Affordable & Energy Efficient Housing
Being Energy efficient is the key to a resilient future.
A rogue commodity trader in New York or London can provoke a food crisis in Africa. An armed conflict in Eastern Europe can disrupt the energy supply chain on the whole planet. In this interconnected world, the butterfly effect has never been so real.
Don't to be a victim of it. Start thinking now.
Biomimetics is our philosophy.
Whether it is unwanted material, cumbersome processes or wasted time and money: waste is purely a human concept. Nature doesn't produce waste. Simply because Nature is the best designer, builder, operator and economist. There is a lot to learn from Nature.

Reuse
Modern designs can be unnecessarily complex. Inspiration from local and ancestral techniques combined with the right technical expertise can save you money on construction capital and future operation and maintenance.
Reduced, removed and avoided emissions enables our architectural and engineering features to be in line with carbon credits, and offset trading as well as help investors meet their ESG and climate targets.
